EASY Cherry Cobbler, Apple Cobbler and Peach Cobbler (3 Recipes)

No one can resist the deliciousness of these sensational mouth-watering, happy thought-provoking, warm and fruit-filled cobblers! And here’s all you need to bake them! These recipes all call for oatmeal toppings and it’s your choice whether you want to use canned or fresh fruit. Enjoy!


Cherry Cobbler –


1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter


1 Spread pie filling into a greased 9-inch square baking dish.

2 Combine the next six ingredients in a bowl.

3 Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle over filling.

4 Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.

5 Top with vanilla ice cream and let the party begin!



Apple Cobbler –


7 to 8 large (9 cups) green or tart apples, peeled, cored, sliced 1/4-inch

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup butter, melted

 *Ice cream (optional – we like Vanilla with our apple cobbler!)


1 Heat oven to 350°F.

2 Place sliced apples in ungreased 13×9-inch baking pan.

3 Combine 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in bowl; sprinkle over apples.

4 Combine remaining cinnamon, flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder and salt in bowl; beat at medium speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Pour melted butter over topping. Bake 45-55 minutes or until lightly browned and apples are tender.

5 Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and CHEERS!



Peach Cobbler –


6 cups fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced – about 6-7 peaches

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoons sugar

1 cup + 3 tablespoons flour

1 cup old fashioned oats

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup butter, cold, cut into cubes


1 Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

2 Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.3In a large bowl, toss peaches with cinnamon, vanilla, 3 tablespoons sugar and the 3 tablespoons flour. Pour the peaches into the greased casserole dish.

3 In a separate large bowl, combine 1 cup flour with old fashioned oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter until you have a crumbly consistency.

4  Pour the crumbly topping on top of the peaches.

5 Bake in the oven, uncovered for 45-50 minutes.

6 Serve with vanilla ice cream and VOILA!!!!
