Got a bun in the oven? So did I not too long ago (the baby in the featured image is my cutie Tristan)! I searched online and in many stores for days and days wondering what all I needed, where I should register my baby, and what to add to my registry. It was tough work, and if you’re anything like I was, it’s already tiring enough being pregnant and carrying a load of precious cargo with you all day in your belly. I made it easy for you to create a baby registry at the following sites, and have listed the ones who give you free products and perks just for joining!
1) Target Baby Registry
Target was the easiest for me to register since I live right by one. They give you a packet of free baby samples just for registering, including a baby pacifier, sometimes a newborn bottle sample, some balms and ointments like Lanolin and Aquaphor, a toy, and a book of Target store coupons that you can use in conjunction with manufacture coupons to purchase your baby essentials on sale. Target’s baby registry sends you a coupon in the mail about 6 weeks before your baby is due with a 10-20% discount on the remaining items left on your registry that people have not purchased for you yet, which I loved. It also allows guests to have free shipping on any item that is on your registry when purchasing them, and if you’re a Target Red Card holder, you can have an extra 5% off on top of other discounts. Lots of money saved!
2) Amazon Baby (my favorite)
Amazon also has this super awesome membership where you can have diapers shipped directly to your doorstep as soon as you need them! This is great, especially for busy moms who don’t have time to get out and buy diapers each month, and you also get a huge discount if you sign up for auto-ship. Amazon Baby Registry also allows you to add items from ANY other stores’ baby registry! That means all of your Target, Walmart, Babies R Us, etc. registries can be added onto this one universal baby registry. I loved that about Amazon.
3) Babies R Us
I did not register here personally but I’ve heard it’s pretty simple to do. I heard that they also give new moms a cute little goodie bag full of baby essentials just for stopping by in-store to register. Babies R Us was kind of expensive for my taste, but I sure did hear a lot of great things from other mommies about Babies R Us!
